Balance board training

Discover a new way to train with our app! Simply set up your standard balance board and place the device with a camera 1.5 meters away from it. After launching the app and granting access to the camera, you'll be ready to train. Follow the on-screen instructions and perform the exercises that appear before you. The app will automatically detect the position of the balance board and track your progress in real-time, making your workout more effective and enjoyable!

Training types

The application offers different types of training: three minute set, maximum time before the first fall, as well as training a separate exercise.

Set 3 minutes

Within 3 minutes you need to keep the balance and do as as much exercise as possible. Falls are possible. Gradually becomes more difficult from 1 to 10 levels. A star is given for each completed exercise. They are used to discover new exercises.

Max time set

You need to keep the balance as long as possible by doing exercises. It is allowed to skip no more than 3 exercises. In case of a fall, set stops. Gradually, the exercises and time accelerate.

Do element

You can practice each exercise separately. Gotta last in a given position for as long as possible. There are no time limits. Available as only the element will be opened for the accumulated stars.

Lot of exercises

The application presents various exercises for the balance board with different levels of difficulty. Some of the elements are open immediately, the rest will be open as training progresses.
